When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details you provide, including your name, work email, telephone number, organization, and country or region. We also receive the products, package sizes, quantities, and messages included in your request.

For custom synthesis, this may include a chemical name or structure, CAS number, functional groups, required purity, timeline, and other project requirements. Please share only the information needed to assess your request. If a project requires a confidentiality agreement, contact us before sending sensitive research details.

Website usage information

Our website records technical and usage information to understand how visitors find products and to improve the service. This may include a masked IP address, browser and device type, language, referring website, pages viewed, product searches, and interactions such as adding a product to an inquiry. New usage records remove the last part of IPv4 addresses and retain only the network prefix of IPv6 addresses. Usage records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.

Browser-based usage measurement uses randomly generated visitor and session identifiers. It does not automatically read the contact details or project text entered into our forms. Information you submit as part of an inquiry is handled separately for the purposes described above.

Browser storage and your choices

We use local browser storage to retain your inquiry draft, contact fields, and submission status so that you can continue your request after navigating or refreshing a page. Drafts and contact fields expire 30 days after their last save and are cleared on your next visit. You can also select “Clear saved data” on either inquiry form. On a shared device, clear your saved data when you have finished.

Clearing a draft does not cancel an inquiry already submitted. Minimal submission identifiers, statuses, and request fingerprints remain in this browser to help prevent accidental duplicate submissions; these records do not retain the original contact details or request text. Clearing all website data in your browser also removes these safeguards.

Browser storage also supports usage measurement. Our browser-based measurement respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can manage stored website data through your browser settings; clearing or blocking storage may remove saved drafts or prevent them from being retained. Operational records needed to process an inquiry may still be kept.

Access to your information

Information is used by PEGLink™ Bio personnel and service providers involved in operating this website, handling inquiries, and providing the assistance you request. We limit sharing to what is needed for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a security issue.
