N-(Amide-Propargyl)-N-bis(m-PEG3), MW 40,000 is a PEG linker in which a central tertiary amide connects two mPEG spacers and a terminal alkyne-bearing propargyl group. The alkyne reacts with azide groups through copper-mediated click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage to a target molecule.
