PhotoClick Sphingosine (solution in ethanol) is a photoreactive probe for investigating sphingosine metabolism and protein–lipid interactions. It contains a terminal clickable alkyne and a photoactivatable diazirine group, with the latter enabling light-activated cross-linking of interacting partners.
