DBCO-PEG4-Desthiobiotin combines a DBCO click chemistry handle with a desthiobiotin affinity group through a PEG linker. The DBCO group reacts with azide-bearing molecules, while desthiobiotin supports streptavidin binding and affinity workflows such as pull-down assays.
