Tri-GalNAc -COOH is an intermediate for preparing lysosome-targeting chimeras (LYTACs). It contains three GalNAc sugar units joined through acyl-amino chains to an ether linker bearing a terminal carboxylic acid. This terminal group provides a site for functionalization with antibodies or biotin.
