Sulfo DBCO-PEG3-acid is a DBCO-Acid analog containing a PEG linker, a sulfo group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The strained DBCO group supports copper-free click chemistry, while the hydrophilic PEG chain and sulfo group contribute to increased water solubility.
