DSPE-PEG-COOH is a carboxyl-terminated PEG lipid combining a hydrophobic C18 DSPE component with a hydrophilic PEG chain. Also known as DSPE-PEG-Acid, it is used in the preparation and surface functionalization of liposomes, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), and polymeric nanocarriers.
