Methyltetrazine-PEG3-triethoxysilane is a PEG linker combining methyltetrazine and triethoxysilane functionalities for click chemistry and surface modification. The methyltetrazine group reacts with TCO-containing compounds through an inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition, forming a covalent linkage without copper catalysis or elevated temperatures. The triethoxysilane moiety provides functionality used in surface modification.
