CW-3308 is an orally active PROTAC degrader of BRD9 with a DC50 of 92 nM. It brings BRD9 and cereblon together in a ternary complex that mediates BRD9 degradation.
Used in synovial sarcoma and rhabdoid tumor research, CW-3308 has been reported to inhibit the viability of these tumor cells. In xenograft models, it reduces BRD9 protein levels in tumor tissue and suppresses tumor growth. Its molecular formula is C45H48N6O8, with a listed molecular weight of 800.9.
