nBu-CAyl-{Cys(tMeBn(DOTA-AET)-PPTQFC}-OH, also known as 3BP-3940, is a DOTA-conjugated peptide inhibitor of FAP used in research targeting cancer-associated fibroblasts in the tumor microenvironment. It is classified among DOTA reagents and DOTA-conjugated peptides.
