BP Fluor 488 Tetrazine is a green-fluorescent probe for detecting TCO-tagged biopolymers through tetrazine click chemistry. It undergoes rapid cycloaddition with trans-cyclooctenes (TCO), with reported kinetics up to 30 000 M-1 s-1. Research applications include pre-targeted cell labeling and in vivo cancer imaging studies requiring rapid labeling. The probe is soluble in Water, MeOH, DMSO, DMF and has a listed storage temperature of -20°C.
