Amine-PEG4-Amido-tri-(carboxyethoxymethyl)-methane is a branched PEG linker bearing an amine and three terminal carboxylic acid groups. The amine provides a reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes. The terminal acid groups can couple with primary amines using activators such as EDC or HATU to form stable amide bonds.
This amino- and acid-functional branched linker is soluble in Water, DMSO, DMF and has a listed purity of 98%.
