ACA-PEG-SC is a linear, bifunctional PEG reagent with an acrylamide terminus and an NHS ester terminus. The acrylamide group supports radical-initiated or UV-induced polymerization for preparing crosslinked networks and PEG hydrogels. The NHS ester reacts with primary amines to form amide bonds, enabling conjugation to proteins, peptides and other amine-containing molecules.
