YHS-12 is an ionizable lipid used in lipid nanoparticles for RNA delivery. A 15:10:25:2.5 (YHS-12/DOPE/cholesterol/DMG-PEG) formulation has been reported for mRNA and siRNA delivery to Raw264.7-Luc cells. Reported in vivo work includes monocyte targeting for delivery of MRSA-targeted CAR mRNA and CASP11 siRNA.
