Arachidonyl Dopamine (solution in ethanol) is an ethanol solution of a CB1 receptor agonist with reported CB1 selectivity over CB2 and Ki = 250 nM. Its reported biological activities include regulation of calcium mobilization and inhibition of MCF-7 cell proliferation. Effects on thermoregulation, locomotion, and pain have also been reported in mice. The compound is cataloged among lipid synthons.
