Beta-NF-JQ1 is a PROTAC for laboratory studies of targeted bromodomain-containing (BRD) protein degradation. It uses β-NF as an Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) ligand to bring BRD proteins into association with AhR and promote their degradation, with reported reductions in BRD protein levels.
