- Description
N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-bis-(PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAF) is a branched PEG linker-payload for antibody-drug conjugate research, combining a terminal azide with two MMAF-bearing arms. The azide supports click conjugation with BCN, DBCO and alkynes, while the PEG spacers enhance water solubility.
The Val-Cit segments provide sites for cleavage by intracellular proteases such as Cathepsin B. Cleavage enables release of the two MMAF payloads through an elimination mechanism in the PAB units, making this construct relevant to cleavable, same-payload dual-linker designs.
