Alkyne-PEG3-COOH, also known as Propargyl-PEG3-acid, is a non-cleavable PEG linker with a propargyl group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The acid can form amide bonds with primary or secondary amines using coupling reagents such as EDC or DCC. The propargyl group enables copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition with azide-bearing molecules to produce a stable triazole linkage.
