mPEG-N3, also known as mPEG-Azide, is a linear, monofunctional methoxy polyethylene glycol reagent bearing a reactive azide (N3) group. It is used for PEGylation and chemical modification through click chemistry with complementary alkyne groups, including strained cyclooctynes.
