Mal-NH-PEG4-NHS is a PEG linker combining a maleimide group with an NHS propionate ester. The NHS ester supports conjugation to amine (NH2) groups on proteins, oligonucleotides and other molecules, while the maleimide reacts specifically with thiols to form a covalent C-S bond.
