OPSS-pGlu, MW 5,000 is a synthetic polyamino acid bearing one COOH function per glutamic acid unit and a terminal Orthopyridyl disulfide (OPSS) group. The terminal group selectively reacts with free thiol groups to form reversible disulfide bonds.
