Methyltetrazine-PEG24-acid is a monodisperse PEG reagent combining a methyltetrazine click chemistry group with a terminal carboxylic acid. The methyltetrazine group enables rapid reaction with TCO under mild conditions. With an activator such as EDC or HATU, the carboxylic acid can couple to primary amines to form a stable amide bond. This tetrazine-PEG linker is soluble in Water, DMSO, DCM, DMF.
