NH2-PEG4-OH is a non-cleavable PEG linker with amino and hydroxyl termini, used in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and PROTAC synthesis. Its amino group can react with carboxylic acids, reactive NHS esters, ketones and aldehydes, while the hydroxyl terminus provides a site for further derivatization or replacement with another reactive group.
