Biotin-PEG3-SS-Py is a biotin derivative with a PEG linker and a terminal pyridyldithiol group for preparing biotinylated conjugates. Its pyridyl disulfide reacts with sulfhydryl groups through disulfide exchange, forming a disulfide bond and releasing pyridine-2-thione.
