PLGA(10k)-PEG(1k)-NHS is a biodegradable block copolymer combining a hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) block with a hydrophilic PEG block. Its active succinimidyl ester group reacts with amines to form stable amide bonds, providing a site for conjugation.
