Silane-PEG-NH2, also named Silane-PEG-Amine, is a linear heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol reagent bearing silane and amine groups. Its ethoxy silane functionality supports modification of glass, silica and other hydroxyl-bearing surfaces through reaction with surface hydroxyl groups. The reagent combines surface-reactive silane chemistry with amine functionality in a single PEG structure.
