- Description
t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG7-amine is a PEG linker with a Boc-protected aminooxy group and an amino group. The amino group reacts with carboxylic acids and activated NHS esters. Mild acidic conditions remove the aminooxy protecting group, allowing subsequent reaction with an aldehyde or ketone to form a stable oxime linkage.
The reagent is soluble in Water, DMSO, DCM, DMF and has a specified purity of 98%.
