N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-acid) is a three-arm branched PEG linker bearing azide and carboxylic acid functionality. The azide supports click reactions with alkyne, BCN, or DBCO groups to form stable triazole linkages. The carboxylic acid termini can be coupled to primary amines using activators such as EDC or HATU, producing stable amide bonds.
