N3-PEG11-NH2 is a monodisperse PEG derivative bearing azide and amino groups for heterobifunctional crosslinking. The azide terminus supports click chemistry with alkynes, including BCN and DBCO, to form a stable triazole linkage. The amino terminus provides a separate reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
