mPEG-C-DMG, MW 2,000 is a PEGylated derivative of 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycerol (1,2-DMG) used with other lipids in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for siRNA delivery. Applications include LNP formulations carrying siRNA against programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PD-L1) and PD-L2, with reported reductions in these targets in monocyte-derived dendritic cells. It has also been used in LNP development for siRNA-based vaccines.
