NH-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a branched PEG linker bearing two terminal propargyl groups and an amino group. Its propargyl termini undergo copper-catalyzed click reactions with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules, forming stable triazole linkages. The amino group provides a separate reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyls.
