DSPE-PEG-SC, also listed as DSPE-PEG-NHS, is an amphiphilic conjugate comprising a hydrophobic DSPE moiety, a hydrophilic PEG spacer and a terminal succinimidyl ester group. The reactive ester couples with primary amines under mild conditions, enabling covalent attachment of amine-bearing biomolecules such as peptides, proteins and antibodies.
