N-Boc-N-bis(PEG8-alcohol) is a branched PEG linker with two primary alcohol groups connected through a Boc-protected secondary amine. The alcohol groups provide sites for ester formation with carboxylic acids. Removal of the Boc protecting group exposes the secondary amine for subsequent reactions with carboxylic acids, ketones or aldehydes.
