PC DBCO-PEG3-biotin is a photocleavable biotin-labeling reagent for azide-containing biomolecules, using copper-free click chemistry. Its hydrophilic spacer supports improved aqueous solubility of the labeled molecules. Following capture, biomolecules can be released by near-UV illumination, such as a 365 nm lamp at 1-5 mW/cm2. This reagent belongs to the biotin PEG and photocleavable linker ranges and is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF.
