4-ArmPEG-SH, also known as 4-ArmPEG-Thiol, is a multi-arm PEG derivative with a thiol group at the end of each of its four arms. These terminal groups react with maleimides, transition metals and oxidants, supporting its use in reversible hydrogels, surface functionalization and drug delivery research. Air oxidation of the thiol groups can produce disulfide bonds. This thiol-functionalized polymer PEG has a listed purity of ≥95%.
