Targapremir-210 is a selective miR-210 inhibitor that binds pre-miR-210 with high affinity (Kd~200 nM) and inhibits its processing. It also serves as an azide-containing click chemistry reagent in the non-PEG linker category. The azide group supports copper-catalyzed cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules and strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules.
