JB170 is an AURORA-A-targeting PROTAC degrader that links Alisertib to the Cereblon-binding molecule Thalidomide. It preferentially binds AURORA-A over AURORA-B and induces S-phase arrest through targeted depletion of AURORA-A. Its activity also includes inhibition of AURORA-A non-catalytic functions.
