Iso 15:0 fatty acid, also described as 13-methyl Myristic acid, is a methylated fatty acid cataloged among natural saturated fatty acids. It has been reported in dairy ewe rumen liquor, bovine milk, goat milk fat, edible rainbow trout (O. mykiss) flesh, and Flavobacterium.
