N-(Mal-PEG4-carbonyl)-N-bis(PEG4-NHS ester) is a branched, trifunctional PEG linker bearing one maleimide and two activated NHS esters. The maleimide supports covalent labeling of thiol-containing proteins, including antibodies, while the NHS esters react with amines or alcohols to form amides or esters, respectively. The linker is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF and is supplied at 95% purity.
