DBCO STP ester combines a terminal DBCO group with an amine-reactive STP ester for modifying peptides, antibodies, proteins and other amine-containing molecules. The STP ester provides an alternative to NHS esters for coupling in aqueous environments, while the strained DBCO group supports copper-free click chemistry.
