Mal-amido-PEG23-amine is a PEG linker with maleimide and amine functional groups. Its maleimide group forms a covalent bond with thiols, allowing attachment to thiol-bearing biomolecules. The amine provides a separate reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
