NH2-PEG-RGD is a PEG linker with an amine terminus and an RGD (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid) peptide motif. The RGD sequence interacts with cell-surface integrins, particularly αvβ3 and α5β1, and is associated with cell adhesion, migration and signaling.
