PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 is a selective HER2-targeting PROTAC used in research on HER2-positive cancers. It has a reported DC50 of 69 nM and Dmax of 96%. Persistent HER2 degradation is associated with inhibition of downstream AKT and ERK pathways, reduced HER2-positive cell proliferation and tumor growth, and induction of apoptosis in BT-474 cells.
