Boc-NH-PEG4-OH is a PEG-based linker bearing a Boc-protected amine at one end and a hydroxyl group at the other. Acidic conditions can remove the Boc group, while the hydroxyl terminus provides a site for further derivatization. Its hydrophilic PEG segment contributes to water solubility. The compound is used in PROTAC synthesis and is included in the Boc/Fmoc PEG, hydroxyl PEG and PROTAC linker ranges.
