Aminooxy-PEG1-amine HCl salt is a PEG linker featuring aminooxy and primary amine functionalities. The aminooxy group reacts with aldehydes to form oxime bonds; use of a reductant can yield a hydroxylamine linkage. The amine functionality supports reaction with activated NHS esters or with carboxylic acids in the presence of the coupling reagent EDC. The stated purity is 96%.
