FAPI-mFS is an irreversible fibroblast activation protein (FAP) inhibitor that binds covalently to FAP. This binding is associated with enhanced uptake and longer retention in cancer cells. Radiolabeled forms incorporating 68Ga or 177Lu are used in cancer imaging and therapy research. FAPI-mFS also serves as a compound for the synthesis and investigation of Radionuclide-Drug Conjugates (RDCs).
