3,4-Dibromo-Mal-C6-Acid is a bifunctional reagent in the aliphatic PROTAC linker range, combining a dibromomaleimide group with a terminal carboxylic acid. The acid group can be coupled to amines using activators such as HATU. Substitution of both bromine atoms on the dibromomaleimide group provides two attachment points. The reagent has a listed purity of 95% and is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF.
