4-ArmPEG-EPO, also known as 4-ArmPEG-Epoxide or 4-ArmPEG-EO, is a four-arm PEG linker with an epoxide group at each arm terminus. These terminal groups undergo nucleophile-induced anionic ring opening, enabling covalent attachment to amine, thiol and hydroxyl groups.
