TCO-PEG8-TCO is a bifunctional PEG linker with a TCO group at each end for tetrazine-reactive click chemistry. Its hydrophilic PEG8 spacer supports increased solubility in aqueous media. Listed solvent compatibility includes DMSO, DCM, DMF, and the supplied purity is 95%.
TCO can naturally isomerize to CCO, resulting in loss of reactivity. Long-term storage is therefore not recommended; the listed storage temperature is -20°C.
