t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG2-propargyl is a PEG crosslinker that combines a propargyl group with a t-Boc-protected amine. The propargyl functionality provides an alkyne site for copper-catalyzed click reactions with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules. Mild acidic conditions can remove the t-Boc protecting group to expose the amine.
